Josephine Randazzo (née Mannino), 92, of Broomall, passed away on Friday, November 27, 2020 at her daughter’s home in Newtown Square. She was surrounded by her loving family.
Josephine was born and raised in Brooklyn. She and her family moved to Philadelphia and later to Upper Darby. Josephine graduated from Hallahn High School in 1946, and later from Drexel University with an Associates Degree.
Josephine got married to Samuel Randazzo on June 20, 1953. They moved to Broomall where they raised two daughters.
Josephine was employed as an Executive Assistant for the President of Rosemont College, before retiring in 1993.
Josephine was a long-standing member of St. Pius X Church where she attended Bible Studies. She attended church every day until she could no longer attend due to health issues
Josephine was kind, generous, and above all, a devoted family woman who was passionate about spending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed playing cards with her friends and making crafts.
Josephine is survived by her daughters, Joyce Randazzo of Havertown and Brenda Manley (née Randazzo) of Newtown Square; her grandchildren, Derrick (Jasmin), Amy, Caitlyn (Eric), Michael, Nicole (John), Melanie and Kevin; great-grandchildren Maebel, Olivia, Nicholas and Eliana; and her brother Anthony Mannino. She was predeceased by her husband, Samuel Randazzo and her brother Joseph Mannino.
