It is so difficult to think of everything in the hours and days after your loved one's death.
Here is a list of the things that we'll need from you:
- Please make an appointment with the funeral home by calling us at 610-356-8080.
We will make arrangements with the cemetery.

requirements that we will need from you in order to write the obituary and death notice.
- Please provide us with the contact information for your clergy person.
If you do not have a one, we can supply one for you.
- We can secure the Death Certificates for you. Click here to view a list of individuals
and organizations that require Death Certificates.
- Decide on the appropriate memorial to which donations can be made to.
- If Social Security checks are automatic deposit, please notify the Social Security
Administration at 1-800-772-1213. We will notify the Social Security Administration by mail; however, there is usually a delayin processing time by the Social Security Administration.
- Select pallbearers and please notify us. If you do not have any, we can provide them
for you if need be.
- Notify insurance companies.
- Locate the will and notify your lawyer and the executor.
- If your loved one was living alone, notify utility companies, if applicable the landlord,
and tell the post office where to send all mail.
- We will prepare Social Security Form SSA-721. Check with the Social Security Administration to see that the Social Security Number is retired.
