It is so difficult to think of everything in the hours and days after
your loved one's death. Here is a list of the things that we'll need from you:
Please make an appointment with the funeral home by calling us at 610-356-8080. We will make arrangements
with the cemetery.

Please provide us with the contact information for your clergy person. If you do not have a one, we can supply
one for you.
We can secure the Death Certificates for you. Click here to view a list of individuals and organizations that
require Death Certificates.
Decide on the appropriate memorial to which donations can be made to.
If Social Security checks are automatic deposit, please notify the Social Security Administration at
1-800-772-1213. We will notify the Social Security Administration by mail; however, there is usually a delay
in processing time by the Social Security Administration.
Select pallbearers and please notify us. If you do not have any, we can provide them for you if need be.
Notify insurance companies.
Locate the will and notify your lawyer and the executor.
If your loved one was living alone, notify utility companies, if applicable the landlord, and tell the post office
where to send all mail.
We will prepare Social Security Form SSA-721. Check with the Social Security Administration to see that
