The property also shows the remains of a spring house which is believed at one time to have been used for cooking and smoking for the main house.

A stone barn stood a short distance away from the main home. All that remained was a stone wall which had been used to make a three car garage. In 1993, the Videon's converted the garage into a two-story, cottage type building to facilitate the funeral business. As the funeral business increased, more space was required; a 30' x 40' addition was built. This structure is made of stone, which came as close as possible to matching the original home from the outside. The inside also compliments the original home with deep windowsills, high baseboards and an original looking, working fireplace.

With all the remodeling and additions being kept in the 18th Century periods, modern conveniences such as air-conditioning and lighting permits modern usage.

With the additions to the funeral home, there was also added a parking lot adjoining the home, which has room to hold 61 cars in addition to the already existing parking lots, both along side and behind the funeral home.
